There is the promise of more to come, with Phil Parkinson looking for his board to make further funds available. Wrexham are now in the States, with a second tour of North America being taken. That campaign got underway when playing out a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in California.
WHAT PARKINSON SAID
Parkinson has said of recruitment efforts continuing while a long way from home: “We have got Rob and Shaun Harvey flew in yesterday so it is a great chance to review the squad. Can we add a little bit of quality? We are speaking to a few players while we are out here. Hopefully we will make the right decisions to take us into the season.”
